Summary

Adds a removeAllIdentities section to the API reference with Java and Kotlin syntax and examples
Documents that the reserved namespaces (ECID, IDFA, GAID) are retained
Adds the new API to the table of contents and to the resetIdentities guidance on removing custom identifiers

Stacked on #153 (feature/remove-all-identities-testapp), which is stacked on #152 (feature/remove-all-identities).

Test plan

Documentation only; no code changes
The new table of contents entry and cross-links follow the same anchor style as the existing removeIdentity and resetIdentities entries
Check the rendered page to confirm the new links resolve
