Installing on Windows 8.1

Here's how I installed this nifty keyboard layout on my Surface Pro 3 running Windows 8.1.

1. Clone the repository to download the zip files.
2. Unzip your desired keyboard layout, and run setup.exe.
3. Reboot the computer (or log out and back in again).
4. In Desktop mode, click the keyboard layout chooser in the taskbar.
5. Choose the new layout.

I'm posting this because most of the tutorials I found said to go into Language preferences in the Control Panel, but this does not seem to be necessary.
