AYS, afet sırasında ve sonrasında gönüllülerin etkin bir şekilde organize olmasını sağlar ve operasyonel süreçlerin daha güvenli ve verimli bir şekilde yürütülmesine olanak tanır. The Disaster Management System (DMS) is a fully open-source platform designed to make volunteer management and operational processes more efficient and accessible before and after disasters. DMS ensures that volunteers are effectively organized during and after disasters while enabling operational processes to be carried out more securely and efficiently. In this way, it aims to establish a more systematic and structured disaster management process.

DMS also provides an open structure where non-profit organizations can engage directly. By joining this platform, organizations gain access to a qualified volunteer network and manage operational tasks such as post-event evaluation processes more effectively and in an organized manner.
