Adds a new reply direction to Lists and adds inbox-scoped Lists so you can control replies and per-inbox filtering. Updates API and docs with org/pod/inbox scoping, cascade rules, and refreshed examples.

• New Features
  • Extended Direction enum with reply; reply lists apply only to inbound replies (separate from receive). Empty reply lists allow all replies by default.
  • Added inbox-level Lists API at /inboxes/{inbox_id}/lists/{direction}/{type} with list, get, create, and delete (via client.inboxes.lists).
  • Updated docs: clarified scoping precedence (inbox > pod > org) and reply behavior; added Python/TypeScript examples for org, pod, and inbox operations.
