Updates webhook docs to list all seven event types and show how to subscribe to specific events or receive all, per ENG-311. Adds event-type handling examples in Python and Node, updates setup snippets with the events parameter, and clarifies payload structure and field descriptions with event_type variations and links to full payloads.
