Run the companyscope-incident-register and sentinel tests in CI #238

Checked at 5920c72.

Neither integrations/companyscope-incident-register nor integrations/sentinel is referenced in noxfile.py or any workflow, and validate.yml only runs the root tests/. So their tests never run in CI, though companyscope is listed at the verified tier.

Both pass locally: companyscope 8 passed, sentinel 8 passed, 1 skipped.

Done when each integration has a workflow copied from integrations/_template/agentrust-conformance.yml.example, keeping the pinned action SHAs and adding a path filter, and both are green on Python 3.11 to 3.13.

Files: two new workflow files.

OntoGuard has the same gap, but open PR #236 touches that directory, so leave it for now.
