Developers currently need three repositories to try and integrate the AgenTrust stack. This imports current source snapshots into
/examplesand/demos, beside the existing integrations and packages.The browser console runs
examples/financial-servicesdirectly, replacing its Git submodule. Examples and demos retain separate contribution rules, CODEOWNERS, CI suites, fuzz targets, dependency locks, and licenses. Existing adapter and package paths remain supported. Revised console launchers hide Windows child consoles and support--no-browser.Validation: GitHub CI passed all ten example jobs, all five live smoke scenarios, all ten demos, the 47-test demo suite (including six migration regression cases), integration validation, lint, workflow lint, CodeQL, link checking, and the combined fuzzing job. Published-tree verification confirmed 250 of 272 imported files retain their source blob hashes; 22 have migration edits. All 55 imported JSON files parse; fixture/evidence bytes are unchanged, and no existing integration files were removed. A dead Cedar tutorial link was replaced; the crawler exception is limited to three independently verified ISO pages.
docs/repository-consolidation.mdrecords the source commits and cutover sequence. Archive the source repositories only after this PR and consumer updates land: WCM release CI, website clone commands, organization navigation, and moved notices. Retain the original published histories and issue URLs.
