The README, CONTRIBUTING, SPONSORS, MAINTAINERS and docs pages, plus the openings of our own integration READMEs, now read in plain words; the generated index and marketplace catalogs are unchanged. CONTRIBUTING no longer says the WCM repository is private. The scheduled-agents README loses its em dashes. Index check, validate_integrations and the tests pass.

Part of the plain-language pass across AgenTrust, alongside agentrust-io/agentrust-io.github.io#97.

README opens with what the repository holds and a one-line gloss of each
project; tiers, neutrality and framework-coverage prose rewritten plainly.
CONTRIBUTING rule 4 no longer calls the WCM repo private (gh repo view
reports it PUBLIC). Plain openings for SPONSORS, MAINTAINERS, docs/, and the
first-party examples, demos, codex and shadow-ai READMEs; catalogs untouched.
