I reflected the progress of porting sensR to sensPy by adding status markers ([DONE], [PARTIALLY DONE], [TODO]) and notes to the tasks and deliverables outlined in the 'Implementation Plan' section of `plan-to-port.md`. The `detailed-plans.md` file was not modified in this commit due to issues with applying a diff for summary updates. The updated `plan-to-port.md` serves as the primary high-level status document for this check-in.
