feat(test): run the suite against a temporary Cloudflare account Adds scripts/test-with-temporary-account.ts, which provisions a throwaway Cloudflare temporary preview account (public proof-of-work flow via @distilled.cloud/cloudflare/provisioning) and runs vitest with its credentials injected. Forces Alchemy to use env credentials under a throwaway profile (CI=true) so it never touches a real stored profile. Defaults to test/Cloudflare; pass a path to scope the run. Bumps the distilled submodule to pick up the new provisioning service. @
