Alexey Chernikov linux environment

Install

clone, run ./make_environment.sh for automatic config linking and auto tools install

For new ubuntu 21.04 install:

run ./make_ubuntu_after_install.sh script to install required apt/snap packages

Another ubuntu versions probably should work also
