Convert the current serial primary keys to GENERATED ALWAYS AS IDENTITY in sqlalchemy

Hi @naveensrinivas282, I’d like to work on this issue. I’m interested in contributing to the migration from serial primary keys to identity primary keys in SQLAlchemy. Could you please confirm if this issue is still available and assign it to me? I’d also appreciate any guidance on the expected changes. Thank you!
