This pull request updates the README.md file:

  • Removed references to soft-only contact model
  • Updated the description of JaxSim's support for variable-step integrators to indicate that it is experimental.

Did we re-introduce somewhere the variable step integator ? By looking at the other related PR I did not find it. Maybe we can directly remove this line for now
