design: create dark mode dispute detail page

Summary of Work:
Completed the high-fidelity design for the Dispute Detail Page in alignment with the platform’s established Dark Mode design system.

Design Highlights:

Theme Application: Designed using the dark-themed surface palette, ensuring strong contrast ratios and readability for detailed dispute data.

Component Architecture: Utilized auto-layout and nested components for data tables, timeline steps, and status badges to ensure full responsiveness across different screen sizes.

Layout Structure: Organized the page hierarchy to clearly display dispute status, supporting evidence, and resolution actions, maintaining consistency with existing page templates.

Organization: All layers are logically grouped and named according to project standards for streamlined hand-off to the engineering team.

Deliverables:

High-fidelity Figma frames for Desktop and Mobile (Responsive).

Documented component states (e.g., pending review, resolved, escalation states).
