docs: Add structurizr-based architecture documentation.

Overview

• Set up comprehensive architecture documentation using Structurizr DSL (https://docs.structurizr.com/).
• Add application and deployment diagram workspaces with detailed component views.
• Integrating the generated architecture documentation into Scopy’s github pages by using the Structurizr CLI to export diagrams as a static site (https://docs.structurizr.com/static).

Testing

To avoid impacting the existing Scopy github pages documentation, a separate repository was created to host and validate the generated static site. You can preview the Software Architecture section here: https://andreidanila1.github.io/docs-test/architecture/index.html
