Stale built-in model catalog in v2

Description

the built in model catalog in v2.0.6 is stale and doesn't include models like glm 5.3 flash and deepseek v4.1 flash.
i know the binary will just fetch the models from models.dev, but this is relevant for offline benchmark trials.
