The interval 0.1 is changed at 2.0. It has been done, because sending packages to demo has an impact at the video stream processing and car stops in some seconds after start. The reason: small rate of the video stream. Signed-off-by: Ihor Usyk <ihor_usyk@epam.com>

After the migration of the aos* services from gen3 to gen4, the functionality of the demo-services has been lost.
It was necessary to recover the functionality to restore the scope of demo.
To meet the task, it was necessary to integrate the demo-services (https://github.com/aosedge/demo-services/) into the gen4.
The commits are the result of the integration.
