….secret * Add `Secret` base class with shared caching (`get`, `get_bytes`) and pickling protection. * Implement `RawSecret`, `GcpSecret`, and `GcpHsmGeneratedSecret` secret providers. * Add factory methods (`from_spec`, `from_option_string`) and unit test suite in `utils/secret_test.py`.
Relaxes JSON parsing restrictions in `Secret.from_spec()` using `ast.literal_eval()` as a fallback, allowing single-quoted strings and Python dict literals.

Introduces
apache_beam.utils.secretto centralize secret management in the Python SDK.Changes:
Secretbase class and implementations (RawSecret,GcpSecret, andGcpHsmGeneratedSecret) from the existing secret classes defined inutil.pyused by GBEK.Secret.from_spec()andSecret.from_option_string().apache_beam.transforms.utilfor backwards compatibility.secret_test.pyand updatedutil_test.py.
