Backport of #17610 to Spark 3.5, 4.0 and 4.1.
TestSparkVectorizedFormatModelis copied as is, except for Spark 3.5, whereVARIANTis added toSPARK_UNSUPPORTED_TYPE_IDSsince Spark 3.5 has no Variant type.
