plexus-xml - 4.x is for Maven 4.x - here should be used 3.x
Instead of put workaround in documentation we should update dependencies in project.
We also need an IT for confirm issue.

I got hit by this issue with Maven 3.9.9 and OpenJDK 23.0.2 on (not important) mac os x. Feel free to trigger whatever action you consider as best one. |
