We can add the geopandas extra shortly (it's basically geopandas + geoarrow-pyarrow + adbc_driver_manager).

sedonadbpackage must be installed to build documentation using mkdocs. I have addedsedonadb[geopandas]to the requirements.txt file although it is not published to PyPI for now. The package name was taken from apache/sedona#2328.I wrote the docstring for
create_data_frameaccording to my understanding of the code. Feel free to point out any problem.
