Thanks for taking time to format the code. Extensive changes to the code that does not add a feature will be at lower priority. If anyone is available to review the code, please do so and then it will be merged.

Hi all,
I am hoping to make a few improvements to
plan.html, and I wanted to submit an initial PR to standardize the formatting of the file.The goal is to improve readability of the file.
This PR is formatting exclusively for the
bodyof the file, the Javascript has not been formatted.Looking forward to feedback.
