- Debounced (350ms) search input above the history list; no page reload - New GET /api/transcriptions/search endpoint returns up to 20 JSON results - DB layer: count_visible_user_transcriptions and get_paginated_transcriptions now accept optional search_query param (LIKE across filename, generated_title, transcription_text) - search.js saves/restores original server-rendered HTML (incl. workflow panels) on clear; renders results via existing addTranscriptionToHistory() - Search input only shown when history is non-empty Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
