What

• The TurboWarp config comment no longer sits on top of the stage scripts. Stage scripts are placed right of the comments column; the offset is computed from the comments' right edge, so it adapts if comments change.
• New notes option in goboscript.toml: path to a file whose content becomes a stage comment above the twconfig comment. No comment is created unless notes is set; a missing, empty, or blank file also skips it. Text longer than 8000 characters is truncated.
• Read failures other than missing file (permissions, non-UTF8, directory) fail the build naming the path.
• Documented in the configuration reference.

Product decisions

• notes is unset by default, nothing is embedded out of the box.
• notes = "" disables the comment.
• Comment sizes: notes 800x600, twconfig 350x170, stacked with a 20px gap, everything in non-negative coordinates.
