A source-backed portfolio of applications, workflow systems, and product prototypes demonstrating applied AI judgment, technical-operations thinking, local-first architecture, frontend implementation, documentation discipline, and responsible scope control.
- Live Portfolio Hub: visual employer-facing review surface with project filters, evidence routes, demos, and case studies.
- Recruiter Quick Review: shortest evidence-based review sequence.
- Employer Overview: direct role-to-project mapping.
- Verification Guide: repository scripts, deployment checks, validation scope, and evidence boundaries.
- Project Index: source authority, current Vercel routes, and best evidence for each project.
- Deployment Map: authoritative repository-to-Vercel mapping.
- Current Public Audit — July 14, 2026: current status and remaining limitations.
- Portfolio Hub — fastest visual orientation.
- BuildWorld AI — strongest technical originality: deterministic graph simulation, cascade analysis, reproducible experiments, SSI scoring, local persistence, and reports.
- RedactReady Pro — strongest privacy and document-intelligence workflow.
- ProcessHarbor — clearest role fit for technical operations, SOPs, onboarding, knowledge-base workflows, gap analysis, versions, and export bundles.
- ScamShield AI — strongest public-interest safety design and explainable local workflow.
- LayerForge Studio — strongest frontend and Canvas interaction depth.
This repository is evidence of practical initiative, AI-assisted execution, product judgment, documentation discipline, and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into structured working systems. It is not presented as a claim of senior engineering tenure.
| Project | Live Vercel route | Repository authority | Best evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Portfolio Hub | Open | Portfolio workspace | Employer-first navigation, contextual project filtering, source routes, case studies, and deployment status. |
| BuildWorld AI | Open | Separate authoritative repository | Deterministic simulation engines, graph modeling, cascade experiments, multi-seed analysis, SSI scoring, reports, tests, and architecture documentation. |
| RedactReady Pro | Open | Portfolio workspace | Local-first document intelligence, sensitive-information detection, HRI scoring, evidence mapping, redaction, reports, tests, and clear safety boundaries. |
| ProcessHarbor | Open | Portfolio workspace | SOP, onboarding, knowledge-base, gap-report, versioning, export, validation, and technical-operations workflow evidence. The public Vercel route is the deterministic static workflow; optional server endpoints remain source-documented extension work. |
| ScamShield AI | Open | Portfolio workspace | Explainable local risk review, evidence organization, safer next-step guidance, official reporting resources, and PDF export. |
| RedactReady | Open | Portfolio workspace | PDF/image/text/CSV review, detector confirmation, manual redaction, flattened exports, and verification-minded UX. |
| LayerForge Studio | Open | Portfolio workspace | Canvas rendering, layered document models, tools, filters, undo, IndexedDB persistence, and image export. |
| FocusForge | Open | Portfolio workspace | Stateful product loop, persistent local progress, game-rule tests, and responsive UX. |
| VariantVision Pro | Open | Portfolio workspace | Educational bioinformatics evidence review, provenance, amino-acid comparison, scoring, and non-diagnostic reporting. |
Each route above was recorded from a Vercel production deployment reporting READY. Vercel configuration uses Vite, production branch main, and Node.js 22.x for the eight monorepo projects.
These products are maintained separately from the employer portfolio monorepo. Their own repositories are authoritative for product source and release history.
| Product | Status | Public surface | What it demonstrates |
|---|---|---|---|
| WeaveStudio | Acquisition-ready asset | Vercel demo · Acquisition overview | Local-first visual workflow canvas, consolidated default branch, portable exports, undo/redo, data recovery, browser and unit validation, buyer transfer materials, and consent-gated OpenAI/Gemini BYOK assistance. |
| QuoteForge Local | Shipped commercial package | Vercel demo · Product page | Ten quote-calculator templates, typed pricing engine, local demo leads, CSV export, branding, iframe/WordPress paths, buyer documentation, licensing, and release packaging. |
Commercial status describes packaging and availability. This portfolio does not claim verified revenue, customers, active users, purchases, or completed acquisitions unless separately documented.
The root workspace configuration contains eleven applications:
apps/portfolio-hubapps/astraapps/nexus-playapps/layerforge-studioapps/opspilot-ai-operations-toolkit— public name ProcessHarborapps/focusforgeapps/variantvision-proapps/redactready-pro-hri-osapps/buildworld-ai— portfolio review copy; standalone repository is authoritativeapps/redactready-localapps/scamshield-ai
Astra and Nexus Play remain local applications because their local API services require an explicit Vercel Functions or separate backend design. GardenGrid is source-backed and live on Vercel. Amino Acid Workbench and HearthLink are preserved legacy static demos on Vercel; the original editable sources were not available during migration, and HearthLink remains explicitly offline/demo-only without a signaling service.
| Role family | Strongest evidence |
|---|---|
| Technical Operations | ProcessHarbor, verification documentation, workflow decomposition, SOP/checklist systems, and release discipline. |
| AI Workflow Specialist | WeaveStudio, ScamShield AI, ProcessHarbor, Astra, human-review checkpoints, and explicit provider boundaries. |
| Documentation / Knowledge Operations | ProcessHarbor, case studies, project indexing, recruiter guides, architecture docs, and buyer transfer materials. |
| Product Operations | WeaveStudio packaging, QuoteForge release workflow, scope control, roadmaps, feature-reality matrices, and stakeholder-readable documentation. |
| Junior Technical Product Analyst | BuildWorld modeling, evidence tables, product boundaries, deterministic metrics, and structured comparison workflows. |
| Frontend / Product Implementation | React, TypeScript, Vite, Canvas 2D, local persistence, PDF/report export, testing, and verified Vercel static deployments. |
Use Node.js 22 or later:
npm ci
npm run check:docs
npm run check:deployment-policy
npm run lint:apps
npm run typecheck:all
npm run test:all
npm run build:all
npm run verify
npm run verify:releaseThe former GitHub Pages workflow is a build-only Portfolio Vercel Readiness workflow. It validates static outputs but does not deploy them. See docs/verification.md for exact scope and responsible interpretation.
- Do not publish or republish portfolio applications through Netlify or GitHub Pages.
- Keep one isolated Vercel project per deployed application.
- Record the source repository, branch, project, production route, and deployment state.
- Treat legacy non-Vercel hosts as historical evidence only, not current canonical routes.
- Keep GitHub as the editable source of truth; Vercel deployments are derivative outputs.
- Local-first does not mean encrypted, durable, or compliance-certified storage.
- Deterministic scores and recommendations are product heuristics, not certified predictions or professional advice.
- AI-assisted output requires review and should not be represented as independently verified.
- Medical, legal, financial, fraud, infrastructure, and safety-critical decisions remain outside project scope unless a project explicitly documents a narrower educational use.
- Supplemental work distinguishes recovered source from preserved legacy static artifacts and keeps non-deployed backend limitations explicit.
