[Feat] Add support for Alibaba Cloud

With the release of version 2.0 we integrated with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, and Hetzner Cloud.

Proposal: Add support for Alibaba Cloud, one of the leading cloud platforms, particularly popular in China. This will expand the reach of our solution to new markets.

FYI

If a cloud provider is not yet integrated to autobase, it does not mean that you cannot use it. Use the Your Own Machines mode by creating a VM beforehand. This way, autobase is available everywhere.
