All you need to do is,

1. Download it from here.
2. Copy the jar file into an empty folder.
3. Open a command window in that folder.
4. Run the command java -jar "{filename}.jar" e.g. 'java - jar "doopies.jar"` (i.e., run the command in the same folder as the jar file).
5. Add your tasks.
6. Let it manage your tasks for you 😁

Note

The double quotes around the filename in the java -jar "{filename}.jar" is not normally needed, but it is needed if the filename contains special characters such as spaces or [.
