[codex] Add Bazaar signal receipt map

Summary

• Adds a no-dependency Node.js Bazaar Signal Receipt Map CLI.
• Emits a Markdown report and compact JSON receipt for the live Chef Universe Bazaar API.
• Includes a generated live receipt artifact with snapshot/report hashes.
• Includes a submission draft with wallet details intentionally omitted from git.

Thanks for opening this. This is a useful early artifact direction for the challenge: a replayable receipt, a live API snapshot, report/hash outputs, and explicit no-profit-claim boundaries are much easier to evaluate than a screenshot or a confident market call alone.

Two process notes so the submission stays clean:

• The official submission window opens June 1, so keep this open as an early builder artifact for now rather than treating it as reviewed/accepted.
• Keep wallet/contact details out of git; use the submission form/private channel for anything that should not be public.

When the review period starts, the strongest version of this pattern will be the one another reviewer can rerun and compare: what data the agent saw, what it refused to overclaim, and where thin liquidity changed confidence.
