This commit completes the code for the AWS Glue scenario for jobs, crawlers, and databases. The SoS metadata is updated as well.

This PR adds the scenario example for Glue that shows how to use crawlers, jobs, and databases using the AWS SDK for Swift. The corresponding SoS metadata changes are included, along with the updated readme.
