Updated for v0.11 changes

sails.io.backbone.js no longer functions correctly with the new updates to Sails sockets.

Things requiring change:

• socket is now called socket.io
• The function declaration of io.socket.request has changed to include an options hash instead of separate parameters. As seen on the Sails documentation: http://sailsjs.org/#!/documentation/reference/websockets/sails.io.js/socket.request.html
• There may be more, but these are the things I found with my limited knowledge of v0.11

@Thelmos I don't know if this might help, but I'm using https://github.com/s-devaney/backbone-to-sails which is up-to-date with sails v0.12 .

Yes, my fork has this patch, AMD support plus a few other improvements.
