force push empty commit to hopefully unblock the CI that ran into a dependency download glitch.

Sigh, this seems to be an issue with the ubuntu CI runner. Need some unblocking from a BCR maintainer.
Is there a good name to tag here ? Maybe @UebelAndre who was initially auto-added as reviewer ?
