Refine shape of Cyrillic Capital Shha (Һ).

Two tweaks:

1. The attachment of the crossbar now lines up better with Latin H. Under expanded width, this change is more subtle.
2. The top-left serif is changed from fullSide to full because unlike the base serif of Ч, having fullSide looks rather weird/unbalanced when on the top-left.
   • I can't quite articulate why I believe this to be the case, but to better illustrate it visually, I have it next to Ь for comparison in the images below.
