新增插件

dugujun3-cloud/dsh-wallpaper → 「主题与外观 / Themes & Appearance」

DSH Web GUI 的整站背景图插件。在 Settings → General 的 Appearance 下方新增「背景图片」行，点开是居中选择器——本地壁纸库、wallhaven 在线搜索（仅 SFW 动漫）、本地导入；右键任意卡片可设为背景或打开原图页面。填充方式、模糊、遮罩与内容纱罩可调，卸载后无残留。
