Updates the CLI commands table to list `generata commands sync` instead of deprecated `generata skills sync`, and fixes the development section to refer to the `generata` monorepo with correct build paths (`packages/core/src/**/*.test.ts` instead of `generata/src/**/*.test.ts`).
