Please merge. I use WHMCS quite a lot. I tested this successfully as of today with latest WHMCS 8.13.1. |

Hi @AMDarter and thank you for contributing this driver. The problem is that we have absolutely no experience with WHMCS and so merging would mean that we need to maintain this forever and actually understand the CMS. This is why I need to close this PR.
