Summary

Updates the bundled extensions/intake snapshot with the latest source repository changes from bigsmartben/spec-kit-intake at cc3c90731b1d4366d1fa34e47d8713e5478d0599.

This sync includes the Figma layout normalization intake gate from bigsmartben/spec-kit-intake#7:

• Adds normalize_figma_layout.py and the figma-normalized-tree.schema.json contract.
• Adds manifest/config defaults for derived Figma layout normalization artifacts.
• Tightens visual-design readiness validation so Figma sources require normalization coverage after raw metadata parity passes.
• Updates docs, command guidance, and contract tests for the new normalization gate.
