This brings a lot of bugfixes; notably account infos are now properly saved. This required to tweak bleakgrey/tootle#322 to make it build.

This is a fix for issue #320.
Since you have no stable branch, I opened this PR against
master, but it is based on tag1.0.The use
get_phraseis discouraged in the documentation. Andreason_phrasehas the advantage of being localized already.
