fix(staged): remove tooltips from Add Repo and Remove Project buttons - #774

The Add Repo and Remove Project buttons on the project detail header had tooltips that simply restated the visible button labels, adding no information. Drop the Tooltip wrappers and the now-unused addRepoTitle derived so the buttons render directly. Removes the
Tooltip.Root/Tooltip.Contentwrappers around the Add Repo and Remove Project buttons in the project header, rendering the buttons directly instead. Also drops the now-unusedaddRepoTitlederived value.The button labels already make their purpose clear, so the hover tooltips were redundant.
