fix: let dropdown menus size to content - #814

Stop shared dropdown content from sizing itself to the trigger width so icon-only triggers do not seed floating panel measurement. Give the branch card overflow menu and nested submenus a consistent panel width to prevent visible wobble while navigating menu items. Signed-off-by: Matt Toohey <contact@matttoohey.com>
