As part of bringing this library to RSTA checkstyle standards, enable the
CommentsIndentationrule on the JS language support package, as it was previously disabled in thelsSuppressions.xmlfile.Note this PR is fairly large since a lot of involved changing files from mixed tab/space indentation to all tab indentation (which is the project default per
.editorconfig).
