Maybe by doing some refactorings, we can support building the configuration closure locally.

TODO:

  • Refactor the SSH/output-redirection logic so that local commands work, too
  • Also write that local builder

Pass the entire destination (with decoded URL params) to the OS trait

This should allow the logic to make better decisions, and show more
exact tracing info, too!
