This PR makes a minimal code change to force a republishing of the release. The change reorders two entries in a Map data structure without any functional impact.

Changes:

• Reordered chain ID entries in chainIdToInfo Map by moving Polygon networks (137 and 80002) after Ethereum mainnet entries
