What

Expose four libSceNet data exports: IPv6 loopback, node-local all-nodes and link-local all-routers addresses, plus sce_net_dummy. Their names, sizes, initial bytes and module identities agree in both version-labelled images. Those labels do not authenticate firmware provenance. The new loopback object remains distinct from the existing in6addr_loopback object.

Checked the four names against their NIDs (all hash to the expected ones), the address bytes (::1, ff01::1, ff02::2) and the new guest_sce_net checks, which only link with the change; merged.
