What

Provide the missing single-precision gamma export through the host standard math implementation. Tests exercise factorial values, gamma(1/2), signs, NaNs/infinities, poles, errno, floating-point exceptions and the guest SysV ABI. No nextafter/nextafterf implementation is bundled.

Tested

Windows: affected libc built from this branch with a standalone CMake driver using the repository libc target; functional CTest guest_tgammaf passed. Linux/macOS and full-project CI not run. This supersedes only the tgammaf portion of the closed #1806; no upstream runtime-crash claim is made.
