What

Implement sceKernelGetCpuTemperature in libkernel calling NotImplemented_nid_no_patch.

Resolves unresolved ELF import qiL4fFObAxM which blocks loading on startup.

Tested

Windows 11 (x86_64), Sonic Unleashed Recompiled (PPSA99902):
Unblocks startup failure where the relinker cannot find the imported symbol:

FAIL: unresolved ELF import qiL4fFObAxM from libkernel.prx
Searched libraries:
  ...
  F:\Giochi\PS5\Sonic Unleashed Recompiled (PPSA99902)\libs\libkernel.prx
  ...
GetLastError: 127 -
