What

sceHttpSetCookieEnabled threw for enable=1. The offline HTTP backend has no cookie engine and no request reaches the network, so the setting has nothing to apply to, as for the other offline setters such as sceHttpSetAutoRedirect.

Both 0 and 1 now return 0; other values still return the invalid-value error. The offline-imports test and the libSceHttp technical debt entry are updated accordingly.

Tested

Windows 11, MinGW-w64 GCC 15.2.0 (WinLibs r7), Release build with BUILD_TESTING=ON.

  • guest_offline_imports passes with the new sceHttpSetCookieEnabled(1, 1) == 0 check.
  • Full ctest -j 8: 995 of 995 passed, 7 skipped (video_out and AGC tests that need Vulkan).
  • python tools/check_conventions.py --base origin/main passes.

No title or homebrew was run. Linux was not tested.

Checklist

  • Unimplemented paths throw (NotImplemented_nid_no_patch); silent stubs are listed under Silent stubs in their library's technical debt file
  • No notes, investigation .md files or images added to the repository
  • New third-party code is a submodule built from source
  • Generic behaviour, not specific to one title
  • Depends on: none

Other open pull requests touch the same code. Merging one will break the other, or both implement the same thing. If this one builds on them, list them in Depends on.
