# Description

This pull request updates to latest `charmbracelet/x/exp/teatest`. This
version of `teatest` fixes a race condition in which `tm.FinalModel()`
may return a nil model. PR radius-project#10684 reverted radius-project#10628, which caused the race
condition to reappear in the unit tests.

Dependency updates:

* Upgraded `github.com/charmbracelet/x/exp/teatest` to version
`v0.0.0-20251020183722-ee4914f58d13` in `go.mod`.

## Type of change

- This pull request is a minor refactor, code cleanup, test improvement,
or other maintenance task and doesn't change the functionality of Radius
(issue link optional).

Fixes: N/A

# Description

This pull request introduces a new pre-build check for the `bicep-types`
submodule to the build process in `build/build.mk`. This ensures that
the submodule is both initialized and at the correct commit before
proceeding with the build, helping prevent build errors related to
missing or outdated dependencies.

A recent change now requires that the submodule exist in order for `make
build` to succeed.

Build process improvements:

* Added a new `.PHONY` target `check-bicep-types-submodule` that checks
if the `bicep-types` submodule is initialized and at the correct commit,
providing clear error and warning messages to guide the user if action
is needed.
* Updated the main `build` target to run `check-bicep-types-submodule`
before building packages and binaries, enforcing the submodule check as
part of the standard build workflow.

## Type of change

- This pull request is a minor refactor, code cleanup, test improvement,
or other maintenance task and doesn't change the functionality of Radius
(issue link optional).

# Description

- bump autorest and related typespec to the latest
- pin autorest and oav tools to the static version in every place that
occurs
- remove deprecated `module-version` from autorest configs and replaced
with `make generate-fix-version` as workaround - part of `make generate`
| ref:

- fix operationId in RabbitMQ examples `RabbitMqQueues` ->
`RabbitMQQueues` to mach 1:1 with .tsp config (required by updated
typespec)
- update .tsp files with required updates by the latest typespec
- introduce `make generate-cleanup` command to remove all auto-generated
.go files
- regenerate swaggers and .go files based on above updates
- `pkg/corerp/frontend/controller/applications/graph_util.go` updates to
reflect changes from the updated models (struct tags are no longer
emitted)

> For reviewers: any Go files started with `zz_` are auto generated. Not
worth to spend time and review. All potential issues should be handled
by tests.

# Description

This pull request updates the `rad workspace show` command to provide a
more user-friendly experience when no workspace is currently set.
Instead of returning an error, the command now logs an informational
message to guide the user. See the linked GitHub issue for details.

## Testing

1. Create a Kubernetes cluster and install Radius on the cluster.
2. Run `rad workspace show` to display the current workspace.
3. Run `rad workspace delete -y` to delete the current workspace.
4. Run `rad workspace show` to display the new output message.

The message should say:
There is no workspace currently set. Use `rad workspace switch` or `rad
workspace create kubernetes` to set a current workspace.

## Type of change

- This pull request fixes a bug in Radius and has an approved issue
(issue link required).

# Description

If new types are added, the LRT creates them successfully when
skip_build is false. It also makes a skip list when skip_build is false.
But it does not use the skip list when skip_build is false, so the new
types added never make it to the skip list, causing LRT to pass only
when skip_build is false.

This PR runs cleanup using that skip list (protecting built-in types)
irrespective of skip_build, as long as a file is available.

# Description

This PR updates the CI workflows to improve consistency and
maintainability by standardizing Node.js and Python version management
across all GitHub Actions workflows. Additionally set the desired
version for python scripts instead of random one from the agent.

# Description

* Replace gitea with custom git http backend

## Local testing

You can verify the behavior locally using these steps:

### 1. create KinD cluster with config to expose localhost:30080
```
cat <<'EOF' | kind create cluster --config=-
kind: Cluster
apiVersion: kind.x-k8s.io/v1alpha4
nodes:
- role: control-plane
  extraPortMappings:
    - containerPort: 30080
      hostPort: 30080
      protocol: TCP
EOF
```

### 2. Install Radius
```
rad init
```

### 3. Install Flux into the cluster
```
.github/actions/install-flux/install-flux.sh 2.6.4
```

### 4. Install local Git server into the cluster
```
.github/actions/install-git-http-backend/install-git-http-backend.sh testuser not-a-secret-password git-http-backend alpine/git:2.45.2
```

### 5. Port-forward Git server
```
kubectl port-forward -n git-http-backend svc/git-http 30080:3000 &
```
(note the PID so you can kill it later with `kill <PID>`)

### 6. Run Flux tests
```
GIT_HTTP_SERVER_URL="http://localhost:30080" GIT_HTTP_USERNAME="testuser" GIT_HTTP_EMAIL="testuser@radapp.io" GIT_HTTP_PASSWORD="not-a-secret-password" go test -timeout 180s -run ^Test_Flux_Basic$ github.com/radius-project/radius/test/functional-portable/kubernetes/noncloud
```

### 7. Cleanup
```
kind delete cluster
kill <PID_FROM_PORT_FORWARD>
```

# Description

The `rad credential show azure` command panics with a nil pointer
dereference when attempting to display Azure service principal
credentials. The panic occurs because `AzureCredentialProperties.Kind`
is dereferenced without being populated.

* Set the top-level Kind field in AzureCredentialProperties for both
ServicePrincipal and WorkloadIdentity credential types.
* Added unit test coverage for WorkloadIdentity credential type.

## Description

This PR adds Makefile development guidelines to the project's GitHub
instructions. It covers best practices for authoring GNU Make Makefiles,
covering naming conventions, file structure, variables, rules, recipes,
phony targets, pattern rules, and more.

This change will improve Copilot performance for current work on the
long-running tests, and will generally help ensure consistency and
maintainability for edits to make files.

The instructions file is based on the [GNU Make
manual](https://www.gnu.org/software/make/manual/).

## Testing

Checkout the branch containing this PR, then ask GitHub Copilot to
create a new make file or refactor an existing one.

A newer version of @typespec/http exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.
