Heudiconv doesn't yet handle the TB1TFL scans used for B1 mapping (typically in multi-parameter mapping protocol), but they are in the BIDS spec, so the new convert_tb1tfl function runs after heudiconv if any TB1TFL scans are identified in the bids/sourcedata archive
