If raw MRS files have been uploaded to XNAT (within MRS resource folders attached to their matching DICOM(s)), download them along with the DICOMs. Then, zip them into a tarfile in the bids/sourcedata directory, matching the DICOM naming. Also refactored the resource download code to avoid duplication; new list_xnat_resources function separates the XNAT resource listing code from the assign_bids_name function so that it can be called for both DICOM and rawMRS resources.
