• add optional Bicep module for AgentOps V2 custom tables and Logs Ingestion DCE/DCR
• expose AGENTOPS_LOGS_INGESTION_ENDPOINT and AGENTOPS_DCR_IMMUTABLE_ID deployment outputs
• document the deploy/upload flow and add product audit evidence
